PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY
Event registrations are not guaranteed until payment is received. Upon cancellation of registration, members can obtain a transfer credit or request a refund. Refunds will be assessed a cancellation fee of $250 through July 31, 2022, and 50% of the registration price through September 3, 2022. Cancellations must be received in writing prior to September 4, 2022, to qualify for a partial refund. If written notice is given after September 3, 2022, registrants will forfeit the entire program fee unless it is transferred to another NACD program pursuant to the following transfer policy.
Registrants may transfer their NACD Summit 2022 registration to NACD Summit 2023 with no penalty. Transferred credit will apply only to eligible NACD programs that occur within 12 months of cancellation and will be assessed a cancellation penalty of $250 prior to August 1, 2022, or 50% of the registration price from August 1, 2022, through October 3, 2022. Application for transfer credit must be received within 30 calendar days of the date on which NACD receives written notice of cancellation.
